Member and Family Assistance Program
Feel supported, connected and rewarded every single day with expert advice, recommendations and referrals from a confidential Member and Family Assistance Program (MFAP), and convenient access to online resources and tools. ACAW offers this service to all members, provided by TELUS Health One (formerly LifeWorks).
The MFAP can be accessed by phone at:
1-844-880-9142 (English) or 1-844-880-9143 (Français)
or by visiting their website one.telushealth.com (username and password in brochure)
You may also download the TELUS Health One app via Google Play or the Apple App Store.
