Member and Family Assistance Program
Feel supported, connected and rewarded every single day with expert advice, recommendations and referrals from a confidential Member and Family Assistance Program (MFAP), and convenient access to online resources and tools. ACAW offers this service to all members, provided by TELUS Health One (formerly LifeWorks).

2024 Webinar
On May 2, 2024, we hosted an online orientation presented by TELUS Health where members were able learn what the MFAP offers. Members had the opportunity to watch live and submit questions to be answered by a presenter. A recording of this presentation is available below.
